Connect Help Center

Client Account Portal

For training materials, invoices, copies of your signed agreements, and any other related documents, please locate all of this information within your fully personalized Client Portal. 


*Hint: If you are having trouble accessing Client Portal for any reason, please try the options on that login screen: 


“Login with Secure Code”

Simply enter your email and our system will email you a secure personal, co,de that you can enter so you can easily log in. 


“Forgot Password” 

Use this option if you want to reset your credentials and regain entry to your Client Portal by changing your password.  


Track Your Support Tickets

Please click the button below to access our Support Portal, where you can view and respond to both previous and open tickets. From within this secure area, you can also type and send a reply directly to our Support Team, making it simple to communicate without relying on email. 


This is especially useful when you need to check the current status of a Support Ticket or provide additional information for faster resolution. Click the button below to access the support ticket portal and then simply enter your email, and our system will send you a custom link to access our Support Ticket Portal.


Account & Billing Support

For account or billing issues (design changes, invoice questions, plan upgrades, or other concerns), please contact our Support Team. Submit a support ticket via our secure online form. You’ll then get an auto-response via email to confirm it's been received, and a team member will review and email you as soon as possible.
