Our team has done an outstanding job with the recent updates!


We have made some exciting enhancements that bring both professionalism and excitement to our services. One notable improvement is the ability to enable inbound calling directly on the existing staff pages, eliminating the need to navigate to v2.


Additionally, we have implemented call recording authentication as per the required changes by Twilio, ensuring enhanced security.


Furthermore, we have diligently addressed small bugs in workflows and forms, resulting in smoother operations and improved user experience.
