We are thrilled to announce that the custom CSS feature is now live for service calendars as well! Elevate your calendar's look and feel with personalized CSS styling.

We are thrilled to announce the latest Calendar Settings Enhancement that is now live!


What's New?


🕛 24-Hour Availability: You can now showcase your availability round the clock from 12:00 am to 12:00 am, ensuring seamless scheduling for a full 24-hour period.


🕛 Extended End Time: Bid farewell to the restriction of 11:55 pm for end times! With our latest update, you can now set the end time up to 12:00 am alongside any other start time. No more missed opportunities with the last slot accurately displayed until 11:45 pm, making sure you never miss out on securing your desired appointments.


Important Note:

Remember, while setting 24-hour availability, the start and end times must be identical (12:00 am to 12:00 am). For other hours, such as 8:00 am, ensure to adjust your availability accordingly to fully utilize this feature.

12/04/2023: Resource View - Side by Side Layout Live for Calendars!


We are excited to announce the new side-by-side layout feature for calendars! Now you can easily view multiple people's calendars side-by-side on the calendar page. 


To utilize this feature, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the calendar page and navigate to the Day view.
  2. Look for the checkbox next to each user's name.
  3. Check the box for the users whose calendars you want to see side-by-side.
  4. Ta-da! The calendars will appear side-by-side, allowing you to conveniently compare schedules and plan your day more efficiently.


This new feature makes it easier than ever to coordinate with multiple individuals and stay organized. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Our team has been hard at work to enhance the user experience, and we are proud to introduce the integration of Zoom and Google Meet into our platform. Now, alongside individual bookings, you can generate collective bookings with the option to include a Zoom or Google Meeting link. This fantastic feature not only streamlines the booking process but also allows for seamless collaboration and communication among participants.

08/08/2023: Add Named Guests + Send Them Custom Forms on Bookings!


Overview:



To make meetings smoother, we've made it easy to invite others. When your attendees book with you, they can add guests too. You can get guests' Name and Email, or simply ask the main attendee for the count of guests.



Previously, invitees had to forward the calendar invitation to include additional guests after scheduling the meeting. We've enhanced the process by allowing them to directly add participants' names and emails or count of guests within the Calendar booking widget. 





This would also ensure that the guests added would receive the appointment notification on the email address provided by the Primary Guest (attendee who is booking the appointment) along with the form link in case of a Custom Form.


Calendar Types Supported:

  1. Simple Calendar (previously Unassigned Calendars)
  2. Round Robin Calendars
  3. Collective Booking Calendars


Email Notifications:

Email notification would be sent out to all the participants of the appointment, including the primary attendee and their guests.


How would custom forms work for the added guests?

With custom forms, the main attendee fills it during booking. Guests get the form link in their appointment email to provide custom info. This option can be controlled and turned on/off in settings.


How would payments work in this case?

In case payments is enabled for the Calendar event, then in that case the payment would only be for the primary attendee and not for the guests.


Guests payment would not be collected in the same booking flow, however the guests can be added to the same appointment.
